Additionally, our wooden wicks are made from all-natural and untreated USA-native wood, which means they are sustainable and eco-friendly.

Q: How do I care for my wooden wick candle?

A: To care for your wooden wick candle, make sure to trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. This will help prevent soot buildup and ensure a longer burn time. Additionally, make sure to burn the candle long enough to create a full melt pool each time, typically 2-4 hours depending on the size of the candle.

 Q: Can My Candle Sit For a While Before Using?

A: Yes. We recommend using it within 6 months to a year. However, if it is stored in a cool, dry, and dark place it can last much longer.

Q: How Do I Cancel my Order?

A: Email us ASAP @ support@blkambiance.com with your order number and the name on the order. As long as your order has not shipped yet it will be refunded. Shipped orders will need to be returned at the customers expense.
